I recently had Big Stars Water Filtration Systems install a new water softener system and reverse osmosis in my home, and the experience has been outstanding from start to finish. Installation: The owner was punctual, professional, and thorough. He arrived on time and took great care to explain the entire installation process, ensuring I was comfortable with the setup. The installation itself was completed efficiently and with minimal disruption. Unit: The water softener unit itself has been performing exceptionally well. It effectively removed the hardness from my water, and I’ve noticed a significant improvement in both water quality and appliance performance. My dishes are cleaner, my laundry is softer, and there’s no more buildup in my pipes not in the bathroom walls. Even my skin and hair has changed for the better. The reverse osmosis is a plus and the installation was perfect. Recommend 100%! We had another water filtration company come to talk to us before Big Star and we were not impressed with the other companies presentation or prices for that matter. Big Star came out ( Eddy ) and went into detail with his presentation and showed us right in front of our eyes the difference a water softener can make. We did purchase from Big Star that day. We have had this system Installed for almost 3 weeks and what a difference it has made for my wifes skin and eczema. She uses RX lotion for her face and now only has to use it every other day, if that. Our skin feels amazing! Also, everything that comes with this system is a huge bonus. And you get to pick the scents of everything! As opposed to other companies, you don't. Installation was very professional, on time and very informative on how the system opperates/functions of the app. Highly recommend this company and system and very happy we decided to choose them over the one the builder partners with.
